No. Qarte is a flat monthly subscription. Orders placed through a Qarte menu go directly to the restaurant, which is the point — delivery aggregators typically take 20–30% of each order and own the customer relationship.

Yes. Menus are bilingual English and Arabic, and the layout switches to right-to-left automatically. Qarte was built for the GCC market rather than translated into it.
